1 everything bagel

2 large eggs

3–4 strips bacon

2 slices cheese (American, provolone, cheddar, or Swiss)

1/2 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the bacon
Place bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat until crispy, flipping occasionally. Transfer to paper towels.
2. Toast the Bagel
Slice and toast the everything bagel until golden. Lightly butter the cut sides if desired.
3. Fry the eggs
Melt butter in the skillet over medium-low heat. Crack in the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until whites are set but yolks remain soft. For extra melt, place cheese slices over the eggs during the final minute and cover briefly.
4. Assemble in this order:
Bottom bagel half
Cheesy eggs
Crispy bacon
Optional condiment of your choice
