Just Bagels is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, FedEx or OnTrack delivery issues, weather delays, high-volume carrier delays, or failure to receive or accept your delivery.

When you place an order on this website, you are ordering fresh-baked, highly perishable goods. Therefore, orders cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact hi@justbagels.com for more information or questions.

Product Questions

Cancellations

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. However, once your order is in the process of being shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you place an order and cancel later that same day, your order may already be processed and on its way, and we may not be able to stop it.

For example: If you order Monday morning and cancel Monday afternoon, your order will likely already be in progress. If you order Friday afternoon and cancel on Saturday, your order has not shipped yet and cancellation will be no problem.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate cancellations, but please try to cancel as early as possible to avoid shipping. Please contact hi@justbagels.com for further assistance.
