Good morning. I just wanted to send you guys a message because I’m a New Yorker (close to The Bronx) and have a daughter who has been down in North Carolina for several years. Her one complaint is never being able to find a good bagel in NC. The couple of times she’s been able to make it back up to NY since moving down south she has stopped immediately to buy herself good NY bagels. Long story short, a couple of months ago we were all devastated to learn she has an aggressive form of breast cancer and is an unusual case due to her age (27 yrs old) and the type that it is. She has gone from a vibrant carefree young woman to someone fighting for her life. She is currently undergoing chemo treatments and develops sores in her mouth and texture issues while eating due to the chemo and it’s upsetting to her. I have seen Just Bagels on QVC so many times (as I use QVC as background noise often) and took a chance last week and ordered her 2 bags of bagels. She received them 2 days ago and immediately toasted one of each variety and I’ve never seen her happier especially during her cancer battle. She was so happy she even made herself a cup of coffee to go with them. She had 2 more for her dinner that night and yesterday she had 2 for breakfast. This is the best she’s eaten during chemo since this battle began. Yesterday she was looking at the varieties of bagels you provide and made mention of some others she would like to try someday and being how good she has been eating the first two bags I placed a 2nd order for two more bags of different varieties from what I ordered her last week. So I wanted to thank you. Its not easy seeing someone you love, especially your child, battle cancer. Your bagels have been such a bright spot we truly appreciate you and hope to be able to get her some more in the future.

I have purchased the Blueberry Bagels and Sesame Bagels numerous times. The service and quality of Just Bagels products is second to none! I individually wrap in plastic wrap then in foil. They are stored in the freezer in a Ziploc. I keep a couple in my fridge at a time to eat for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They are FRESH FRESH FRESH! I prefer to put in my air fryer for around 5 minutes without slicing. When you slice after toasting, the outside has a crunch and the inside is chewy. It is perfect! I rarely write reviews. Last week we purchased a bag of your sesame bagels from the frozen food section of our Weis supermarket in Muncy, PA. Honestly we did not know about your company and I saw them when I was reaching for something else. A few days ago we had some people here for an unexpected brunch. I took out your bag of bagels. The reaction of the people who got to eat your bagels was really wonderful including “These taste like real NYC bagels.” “Where did you get these bagels, they are really so good.” “Will you please get them again?”
We live in a very rural part of PA and we have to go about 45 minutes to the store. I guarantee that we will be buying your bagels the next time we go to Weis’.

I first saw your bagels on the latest QVC gourmet show. As a bagel lover for more years than I care to remember, I couldn’t order them because I didn’t have the space in my freezer-bummer! I’ve been a customer for a while now and I just want you to know how much I admire how you run your business. You have been generous to me in the past when I inquired about the high shipping cost. I have seen you on QVC. You are a very nice man. I have ordered both from QVC and your website, depending on the price and selections. This time I ordered directly from you since your Black Friday special was impossible to pass up. I have to say, you didn’t scrimp on the size of the bagels. If anything, in this order the bagels are even bigger! Just wanted to give you guys a huge shoutout. My wife and I went to school at Fordham, I spent 20 years in NY, worked for the Yankees and these are the best bagels I’ve ever had. My father-in-law is ex-NYPD who walked the Bronx beat for years and they lived on Long Island for 50 years before moving down the street from us in South Carolina last year.

He was most concerned about losing his bagels. He’d shop around every place on LI, driving up and down the L.I.E. to find the most authentic. We first ordered on QVC and were just blown away. Then we realized we could order directly from you guys. I gave them one of the bags we ordered and it nearly brought a tear to his eye, it’s just that good.

I love the plain but the flavors are just incredible. Easily the most perfect everything bagel I’ve ever had.

Anyway, just wanted to send a shoutout. I’m disappointed the shipping costs went $18 between our August and September order but it’s not going to stop us from ordering. We have a couple places down here in Bluffton that say they’re “New York style” but none of them come close to your bagels.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I watched several presentations of your bagels on QVC for quite a while but did not place an order those times. We purchased your bagels from “The Q” when they were a special – and oh my gosh they are awesome! So my sister called me and said she had the best bagels shipped to her. She went on about these bagels.. So I asked her to send me the link- your link and I ordered a 24 pack. I got Blueberry, Asiago, Onion, and Everything. They cane and I immediately tried a Blueberry. I warmed it for 15 seconds in the microwave and ate it plain. It was SO GOOD! The flavor and chew is perfect! I individually wrapped each bagel before putting them back in their bags and stored those bags in freezer bags. I’m writing to tell you how much I have been enjoying your bagels. I purchase them via QVC. My last order is for the “Sweet Favorites” and I have them on auto delivery. Prior to experiencing your bagels, I only had bagels from the grocery or a couple of local bagel shops. NOTHING compares to yours. They are so great in many ways ie texture, flavor etc.
The only thing I wish they had was coming pre-sliced. I freeze mine and then pop one frozen in the microwave for 25 seconds. I then slice it and put it in my toaster on the bagel setting. They are perfect every time. Keep them coming…

We’re so excited to finally have authentic bagels again! Gosh, the last time we had authentic bagels is when we lived in PA., and bought them from Bagel Land, which was over two decades ago. Your bagels are no joke. I ordered them when they were on QVC last weekend, on a whim. It was morning, I was hungry, and they looked good. After I ate breakfast, I was worried I would have buyer’s remorse. And then my shipment got delayed twice due to weather and I thought, man I don’t know if I made a wise choice.

AND THEN they showed up at my door. And holy cow, these bagels are everything they are advertised to be and more. I ordered the box of just plain, and am trying to decide if I would like to try the Everything bagel when I order again, because yes, I will order again.

I have made a pizza bagel so far and tried one with just cream cheese and smoked salmon. The bagel stands up to whatever you put on it. I can’t wait to try it as a breakfast sandwich, and a BLT sandwich.

We live in suburban Birmingham and our bagels from QVC just arrived this evening. The UPS driver comes by very late in the day since we’re at the end of the driver’s route.

I’ve never written a love letter like this… O. M. G. this is the best bagel I’ve ever had. Slightly crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Where have you been all my life? I’m not usually a bagel person because I’ve never been impressed with the taste. My motto: If its not amazing, save the carbs for something that is. I would occasionally opt for an English muffin, mainly for the crunch. But this… it’s nothing but “Just Bagels” from now on. Worth every single carbohydrate . Glad I’m on auto delivery and can’t wait to turn my family on to these. I purchased the choice with the energy, sesame, plain, and everything. They’re great with no additions, but a little ghee, raw honey, Dijon mustard and uncured salami.. WHAT?!! Oh the possibilities. I will definitely have to police myself. Ordered the “everything” seasoning as well. Can’t wait to get it, we use everything seasoning ALL THE TIME. I’m sure your blend will be much better, especially with the Himalayan salt, it’s much better for you.

I recently purchased a package of your bagels from QVC. For the longest time I saw you on the screen talking about the bagels with so much enthusiasm. Since I live in NJ, I had my share of eating many bagels from many bakeries. I would like to command you on a job well done. There is nothing “just” about Just Bagels. Just Bagels are no ordinary bagels. They arrive fresh and upon arrival I froze them. When I was ready to eat, I toasted them and they came out amazing. The bagels were fresh and crispy as if they came out of the oven! They are crispy but not too crispy. Just the right amount of crunch. The flavor is refreshing meaning you can taste the simplicity of the ingredients (no preservatives added). When you eat a bagel it does not feel “heavy”. It is as light as air. The package included: plain, everything and chocolate. The chocolate bagels taste like a cake. So delicious with morning coffee. We were fighting over the last one..
Needless to say, we ran out of the bagels and will purchase more soon.

Hi Cliff,
I just enjoyed one of your authentic plain bagels (split, lightly toasted faces spread with cream cheese, topped with salted sliced tomato), and as I had just come home from a haircut, the experience brought back wonderful memories. I used to take my single mom friend’s son for his monthly haircuts from ages six to twelve (He is almost 18 now, and looks as though he has not had his hair cut in years, but that’s his only adolescent rebellion.) As he was always so well behaved, his reward was to be dropped off at the nearby toy store for a look around (he would insist that I NOT buy him anything!) while I would walk a few storefronts down the street to buy two fresh plain bagels. Once home, we would split and toast and smear the bagels, and accompanied by fresh fruit and OJ we would thus complete the outing. When his mother inquired about this practice, Peter, at about age eight, replied, “It’s a tradition, Mom!” Thanks for continuing to provide the makings of many personal traditions.

Congratulations on winning your SECOND Food award from QVC this year! Well deserved. Just wanted to let you know I ordered your brand new Chocolate Chip Bagel (24) yesterday. Looking forward to this new combination flavored bagel. Keep up the great work. Also wanted to share with you I ordered the smaller 60 pack of plain bagels earlier this year. I really, really like the smaller bagels AND that they were pre-sliced.

Suggestion: Maybe offer some of your Asiago, Blueberry or French Toast varieties in this smaller bagel option with the pre-slice. I’m pretty sure I would not be alone in placing a QVC order in the future for these too in the smaller bagel option!

I have been buying your bagels 2 to 3 times a year since you started with QVC. I am a huge fan!!!. I did leave a lengthy reveiw on QVC a while back. After the Tuscan pizza came out. Great bagel also.
I get so aggravated at the bad reviews regarding bagels spoiling. JUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS . Right? I live in Florida and I had a delivery arrive this spring sweaty inside the plastic because of the heat here. I just unpacked all the bags and let the bagels cool down .I dried out the bags and turned them inside out for extra measure and sliced , repacked about an hour later and froze them. They are still perfect today.With no extra ice crystals, which would have formed had I froze them immediately. I received your latest combo yesterday. They were warm but not sweaty from outside heat so I treated them the same way. I expect equally great results. Sorry to be so long winded but
I just don’t understand people that want to give poor reviews on something that went bad on their watch. Again I Am a huge fan and look forward to new products and flavors in future.

Aloha from Hawaii;

Ten years ago I decided to move to the most remote place in Hawaii knowing full well that I may never eat a real bagel again. And I missed them very much. I’d buy the bread rings offered at the local grocery store but only dreamed of eating the real thing. I even considered opening a bagel store and learning the craft. Then about three months ago a small wholesale outlet “Cost -U- Less” suddenly had your bagels and in asiago cheese too. I squeezed them and wow. I was convinced at once. I purchased ten bags that day and stocked my freezer. To my disappointment they have not received a new shipment and it has been about two weeks sence I ran out and I’m jonesing for them. I check with them weekly and the owner assures me they are on order. So having saved an empty bag I decided to look you up on the web. I congratulate you on a great product. The only way to get better is to walk into the bakery. But I’m afraid that the cost to ship me a case would be too high. I paid close to $5 per bag. So if I wanted a box/case (8) retail six pack bags 1/2 & 1/2 asiago cheese and sun dried tomato, what would it cost total shipped to zip code 96749.

Though not a native New Yorker, my mom is, so I have been raised with a bagel in my hand from the time I started teething. I can honestly say that your bagels are by far, the best bagels EVER! Thank you for your brilliant flavors, and that great chewy/crispy dough — Nothing compares to Just Bagels.

Hi Andy;

I just had to tell you….

how much fun you make the job. You are there at every food show, busting your butt with a smile upon your face and jokes ripping out of your mouth!! All kidding aside, no other manufacturer works as hard as you do. As your broker rep, we are responsible for setting up and breaking down, ordering the samples, hauling the oven and getting the accoutrements (cream cheese). But you Andy, you set up with your burlap table cloth, dropping your seeds all over. You heave that oven onto the table and even bring your own oven mitts, your own latex gloves!! You bake and give samples…it’s your booth, your show, you know the customers…you are out there selling, bringing them in and showing them, what a true New York bagel is.

There isn’t a manufacturer that I would rather work with and look forward to working with, not because you do it, but because you have so much passion for it. Every time, you teach me something new; and that passion rubs off onto me!!
