SHIPPING NOTES

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We only ship orders Monday through Friday (*one day shipping on Friday only).

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend FREEZING IMMEDIATELY upon delivery to maintain product’s freshness. Bagels can last in freezer for up to 1 year. Our bagels and bialys are preservative free.

We strongly recommend either baking or toasting our bagels to get the full benefit of the unique New York crust!

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS (ovens vary)
Thaw for 30 minutes & bake at 450° for 5-8 minutes until bagels are golden brown with a slight crunch on exterior.
OR
Microwave for 20-30 seconds & toast.
OR
Air Fry at 350° for 6-7 minutes.
