Hearth baking gives our bagels a crisp golden exterior while keeping the inside soft and delicious.
To help get our bagels to customers faster nationwide, we ship from two distribution centers strategically located across the country. Every Just Bagels bagel is freshly made in the Bronx, kettle-boiled, baked, and then immediately frozen to lock in that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste and texture. From there, the bagels are carefully transported to our distribution centers, where they remain frozen until just before shipping to your doorstep. This process helps preserve the freshness, flavor, and signature chewy texture our customers love, while also reducing transit times and improving delivery efficiency. Our bagels ships in 1-2 days and you must freeze them upon receipt if not immediately consumed.
