SHIPPING NOTES

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday and any order placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend FREEZING IMMEDIATELY upon delivery to maintain product’s freshness. Shipping in a plastic bag keeps the bagels fresh but does soften the exterior. Can last in freezer for up to 1 year. Can last outside of freezer for 3-4 days outside of direct sunlight and in moderate temperatures. Our bagels and bialys are preservative free.

We strongly recommend either baking or toasting our bagels to get the full benefit of the unique New York crust!

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw for 30 minutes & bake at 450° for 5-8 minutes until bagels are golden brown with a slight crunch on exterior.
OR
Microwave for 20-30 seconds & toast.
OR
Air Fry at 350° for 6-7 minutes.
