Subject: Thank youGood morning. I just wanted to send you guys a message because I’m a New Yorker (close to The Bronx) and have a daughter who has been down in North Carolina for several years. Her one complaint is never being able to find a good bagel in NC. The couple of times she’s been able to make it back up to NY since moving down south she has stopped immediately to buy herself good NY bagels. Long story short, a couple of months ago we were all devastated to learn she has an aggressive form of breast cancer and is an unusual case due to her age (27 yrs old) and the type that it is. She has gone from a vibrant carefree young woman to someone fighting for her life. She is currently undergoing chemo treatments and develops sores in her mouth and texture issues while eating due to the chemo and it’s upsetting to her. I have seen Just Bagels on QVC so many times (as I use QVC as background noise often) and took a chance last week and ordered her 2 bags of bagels. She received them 2 days ago and immediately toasted one of each variety and I’ve never seen her happier especially during her cancer battle. She was so happy she even made herself a cup of coffee to go with them. She had 2 more for her dinner that night and yesterday she had 2 for breakfast. This is the best she’s eaten during chemo since this battle began. Yesterday she was looking at the varieties of bagels you provide and made mention of some others she would like to try someday and being how good she has been eating the first two bags I placed a 2nd order for two more bags of different varieties from what I ordered her last week. So I wanted to thank you. Its not easy seeing someone you love, especially your child, battle cancer. Your bagels have been such a bright spot we truly appreciate you and hope to be able to get her some more in the future.

50 years later we no longer have Jewish deli’s and now that I’m partially disabled I don’t really drive.I discovered that’s your wonderful bagels are sold by jet.com and are delivered right to my front door.They arrive frozen and I keep them that way until popping them in a hot oven for my morning routine.I’m of the school that never toasts a fresh bagels…only slightly stale bagels.Your bagels are heaven when they are hot and slightly crisp on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. I just enjoyed one of your authentic plain bagels (split, lightly toasted faces spread with cream cheese, topped with salted sliced tomato), and as I had just come home from a haircut, the experience brought back wonderful memories. I used to take my single mom friend’s son for his monthly haircuts from ages six to twelve (He is almost 18 now, and looks as though he has not had his hair cut in years, but that’s his only adolescent rebellion.) As he was always so well behaved, his reward was to be dropped off at the nearby toy store for a look around (he would insist that I NOT buy him anything!) while I would walk a few storefronts down the street to buy two fresh plain bagels. Once home, we would split and toast and smear the bagels, and accompanied by fresh fruit and OJ we would thus complete the outing. When his mother inquired about this practice, Peter, at about age eight, replied, “It’s a tradition, Mom!” Thanks for continuing to provide the makings of many personal traditions.Best, Mark

In the past I have always gotten my bagels through Panera, Lima Ohio, but I am hooked on these bagels. Subject: Eating BagelsOmg, all my life I thought I was eating bagels until I tasted yours. What in the world have I been eating all these years? Let me tell you what started my love affair with “Just Bagels”. I went on a virtual tour of “New York Foods” and they talked about how good they were. Since then, I have been thinking about those bagels. Exactly one month later, I turned on the TV on station QVC and to my surprise they had Just Bagels for sale. I wanted to taste all of them but I had to be realistic, so I bought the one with the (Plain, Sesame Seeds, Energy Multi Grain, and the Everything Bagel. I tell you that Sesame Seed bagel was the truth! I wish I could eat there in person but unfortunately I can’t, I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I would love to taste “All of your bagels because I know they are delicious. Maybe one day. Thank you so much for making such a high quality, satisfying bagel. My family loved them too!
