Subject: Thank youGood morning. I just wanted to send you guys a message because I’m a New Yorker (close to The Bronx) and have a daughter who has been down in North Carolina for several years. Her one complaint is never being able to find a good bagel in NC. The couple of times she’s been able to make it back up to NY since moving down south she has stopped immediately to buy herself good NY bagels. Long story short, a couple of months ago we were all devastated to learn she has an aggressive form of breast cancer and is an unusual case due to her age (27 yrs old) and the type that it is. She has gone from a vibrant carefree young woman to someone fighting for her life. She is currently undergoing chemo treatments and develops sores in her mouth and texture issues while eating due to the chemo and it’s upsetting to her. I have seen Just Bagels on QVC so many times (as I use QVC as background noise often) and took a chance last week and ordered her 2 bags of bagels. She received them 2 days ago and immediately toasted one of each variety and I’ve never seen her happier especially during her cancer battle. She was so happy she even made herself a cup of coffee to go with them. She had 2 more for her dinner that night and yesterday she had 2 for breakfast. This is the best she’s eaten during chemo since this battle began. Yesterday she was looking at the varieties of bagels you provide and made mention of some others she would like to try someday and being how good she has been eating the first two bags I placed a 2nd order for two more bags of different varieties from what I ordered her last week. So I wanted to thank you. Its not easy seeing someone you love, especially your child, battle cancer. Your bagels have been such a bright spot we truly appreciate you and hope to be able to get her some more in the future.

I recently purchased a package of your bagels from QVC. For the longest time I saw you on the screen talking about the bagels with so much enthusiasm. Since I live in NJ, I had my share of eating many bagels from many bakeries. I would like to command you on a job well done. There is nothing “just” about Just Bagels. Just Bagels are no ordinary bagels. They arrive fresh and upon arrival I froze them. When I was ready to eat, I toasted them and they came out amazing. The bagels were fresh and crispy as if they came out of the oven! They are crispy but not too crispy. Just the right amount of crunch. The flavor is refreshing meaning you can taste the simplicity of the ingredients (no preservatives added). When you eat a bagel it does not feel “heavy”. It is as light as air. The package included: plain, everything and chocolate. The chocolate bagels taste like a cake. So delicious with morning coffee. We were fighting over the last one..
Needless to say, we ran out of the bagels and will purchase more soon.
Thank you for a wonderful product. Keep up the good work. We, consumers, appreciate products made by others as if we made them ourselves at home.

Subject: OMGI’ve never written a love letter like this… O. M. G. this is the best bagel I’ve ever had. Slightly crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Where have you been all my life? I’m not usually a bagel person because I’ve never been impressed with the taste. My motto: If its not amazing, save the carbs for something that is. I would occasionally opt for an English muffin, mainly for the crunch. But this… it’s nothing but “Just Bagels” from now on. Worth every single carbohydrate . Glad I’m on auto delivery and can’t wait to turn my family on to these. I purchased the choice with the energy, sesame, plain, and everything. They’re great with no additions, but a little ghee, raw honey, Dijon mustard and uncured salami.. WHAT?!! Oh the possibilities. I will definitely have to police myself. Ordered the “everything” seasoning as well. Can’t wait to get it, we use everything seasoning ALL THE TIME. I’m sure your blend will be much better, especially with the Himalayan salt, it’s much better for you.

You’re probably not old enough to remember the Steve Martin movie, “The Jerk”, but there’s a line in that movie he says when the new phone book is delivered to the service station. I am the PICKIEST bagel/bread/roll eater that pretty much anyone around me knows, and I stumbled upon your whole wheat bagel last Sunday at a Whole Foods on the way home from a weekend getaway in Tulsa, OK. Whoa! Now THAT is what I call a great bagel!
