I just enjoyed one of your authentic plain bagels (split, lightly toasted faces spread with cream cheese, topped with salted sliced tomato), and as I had just come home from a haircut, the experience brought back wonderful memories. I used to take my single mom friend’s son for his monthly haircuts from ages six to twelve (He is almost 18 now, and looks as though he has not had his hair cut in years, but that’s his only adolescent rebellion.) As he was always so well behaved, his reward was to be dropped off at the nearby toy store for a look around (he would insist that I NOT buy him anything!) while I would walk a few storefronts down the street to buy two fresh plain bagels. Once home, we would split and toast and smear the bagels, and accompanied by fresh fruit and OJ we would thus complete the outing. When his mother inquired about this practice, Peter, at about age eight, replied, “It’s a tradition, Mom!” Thanks for continuing to provide the makings of many personal traditions.Best, Mark

I recently purchased a package of your bagels from QVC. For the longest time I saw you on the screen talking about the bagels with so much enthusiasm. Since I live in NJ, I had my share of eating many bagels from many bakeries. I would like to command you on a job well done. There is nothing “just” about Just Bagels. Just Bagels are no ordinary bagels. They arrive fresh and upon arrival I froze them. When I was ready to eat, I toasted them and they came out amazing. The bagels were fresh and crispy as if they came out of the oven! They are crispy but not too crispy. Just the right amount of crunch. The flavor is refreshing meaning you can taste the simplicity of the ingredients (no preservatives added). When you eat a bagel it does not feel “heavy”. It is as light as air. The package included: plain, everything and chocolate. The chocolate bagels taste like a cake. So delicious with morning coffee. We were fighting over the last one..
Needless to say, we ran out of the bagels and will purchase more soon.
Thank you for a wonderful product. Keep up the good work. We, consumers, appreciate products made by others as if we made them ourselves at home.

Subject: Love your bagelsJust wanted to give you guys a huge shoutout. My wife and I went to school at Fordham, I spent 20 years in NY, worked for the Yankees and these are the best bagels I’ve ever had. My father-in-law is ex-NYPD who walked the Bronx beat for years and they lived on Long Island for 50 years before moving down the street from us in South Carolina last year.
He was most concerned about losing his bagels. He’d shop around every place on LI, driving up and down the L.I.E. to find the most authentic. We first ordered on QVC and were just blown away. Then we realized we could order directly from you guys. I gave them one of the bags we ordered and it nearly brought a tear to his eye, it’s just that good.
I love the plain but the flavors are just incredible. Easily the most perfect everything bagel I’ve ever had.
Anyway, just wanted to send a shoutout. I’m disappointed the shipping costs went $18 between our August and September order but it’s not going to stop us from ordering. We have a couple places down here in Bluffton that say they’re “New York style” but none of them come close to your bagels.

My wife always checks the porch before she turns off the light… The aroma coming from the box was strong and pleasant. Your bagels are uniquely great in flavor and texture. Our third order from you. All sliced and in the freezer except for a couple left for the refrigerator for the next several days.
Nothing matches their flavor and texture. I’m sure these will be great like the earlier orders were. -

Subject: Thank you for the bagels… I love them!When I was a kid the local Jewish deli would bring fresh bagels from New York on weekends. I fell in love with bagels… I love them all but onion bagels are my absolute favorite.
50 years later we no longer have Jewish deli’s and now that I’m partially disabled I don’t really drive. I discovered that’s your wonderful bagels are sold by jet.com and are delivered right to my front door. They arrive frozen and I keep them that way until popping them in a hot oven for my morning routine. I’m of the school that never toasts a fresh bagels…only slightly stale bagels. Your bagels are heaven when they are hot and slightly crisp on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The sensual savory and sensational combination of toasted onion and slight yeasty sweetness is a delight.
